Enjoy three 60-minute Custom Massage sessions paired with three 30-minute Infrared Sauna sessions to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, support recovery, and promote deep relaxation. Whether you're managing the demands of daily life, recovering from physical activity, or simply investing in your well-being, this package encourages consistent self-care while allowing you to enjoy package savings. WHAT TO EXPECT We suggest you begin your experience with the infrared sauna to help loosen and soothe muscles before your massage therapy session. SAUNA - The sauna will be set up with clean towels and a washcloth - Chilled water and/or tea will be provided - We will provide a towel wrap for you, but you are welcome to wear clothes in the sauna if that is what you prefer - The sauna is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system, where you can enjoy your own music - A countdown timer signals the end of your session We will provide you with a robe and sandals so you can seamlessly transition to your customized massage session.
