Our Infrared Sauna Therapy sessions use gentle far-infrared heat to warm the body from within, supporting relaxation, circulation, muscle recovery, detoxification through perspiration, and overall wellness. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared heat penetrates more deeply into the body, creating a comfortable experience while encouraging a deep, cleansing sweat. Whether you're looking to recover after exercise, reduce stress, ease muscle tension, or simply carve out time for self-care, infrared sauna therapy offers a calming and restorative wellness experience. WHAT TO EXPECT - The sauna will be set up with clean towels and a washcloth - Chilled water and/or tea will be provided - We will provide a towel wrap for you, but you are welcome to wear clothes in the sauna if that is what you prefer - The sauna is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system, where you can enjoy your own music - A countdown timer signals the end of your session 30-minute session.
