Create a consistent wellness routine with monthly infrared sauna therapy. Regular sauna use may support relaxation, recovery, circulation, and overall well-being. Membership includes two monthly sessions plus exclusive member benefits. Minimum 2-month commitment. - Two (2) 30-minute Infrared Sauna Therapy sessions per month - One unused session may roll over to the following month WHAT TO EXPECT - The sauna will be set up with clean towels and a washcloth - Chilled water and/or tea will be provided - We will provide a towel wrap for you, but you are welcome to wear clothes in the sauna if that is what you prefer - The sauna is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system, where you can enjoy your own music - A countdown timer signals the end of your session

Cancellation Policy

Membership includes two (2) 30-minute Infrared Sauna Therapy sessions per month. Membership fee is automatically billed monthly. Three-month minimum commitment required. One unused session may roll over into the following month. Membership sessions have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Membership may be canceled after the initial three-month commitment with 30 days' notice. Additional sauna sessions receive a 10% member discount. Standard cancellation policy applies. Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
