Appointment Policy
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email and are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time, missed appointments, or no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving late may shorten your session time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full service fees may still apply.
Package Policy
All packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared between individuals.
Package expiration periods are as follows:

4-session packages: Valid for 3 months

8-session packages: Valid for 6 months

Specialty packages: Validity period specified at purchase
Unused sessions expire at the end of the package term.
Membership Policy
Membership benefits are available only while membership remains active.
Unused membership sessions do not roll over unless otherwise specified.
Memberships may be subject to minimum commitment periods and renewal terms outlined at enrollment.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Wellness Services Disclaimer
Services provided by Water & Light Wellness are intended to support relaxation, recovery, wellness, and overall well-being.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for medical care.
Clients should consult their physician regarding medical concerns.
Sauna and Heat Therapy Disclaimer
Clients participating in infrared sauna or herbal steam sessions acknowledge the inherent risks associated with heat exposure, including dehydration, dizziness, lightheadedness, and heat sensitivity.
Clients agree to discontinue participation immediately if discomfort occurs and to notify staff of any health concerns that may affect safe participation.
Health Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information and notifying Water & Light Wellness of any changes in their health status.
Right to Refuse Service
Water & Light Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the practitioner's scope of practice.
Liability
By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with wellness services and voluntarily assume responsibility for participation.
